This equipment tests the ignitability of the vertically oriented product:

• A single flame is put in contact with the product during 15 or 30 seconds
• The Flame spread is measured as well as the occurrence of burning particles and droplets

It is designed to simulate the effect of a lighter on the product

In CRM, this test is performed under ISO 17025 accreditation since 2017
