Our hydraulic laboratory is also equipped to study and simulate complete water treatment processes at small scale; this includes a wide range of sensors (pressure, temperature, flow) to measure the key parameters of the processes. A few examples of our past developments:

• We have set-up a test bench to characterize a small wastewater treatment system according to EN 12566-3
• We have designed and performed pilot tests for a process to treat wastewater from SMEs in the agro-food industry by anaerobic digestion
• We have studied the treatment and recovery of grey waters on several real implementation cases, mainly small buildings such as hotels and sport centres; in other projects, we have also worked on the recovery of the heat content of grey waters
